Auction Description

Sale of assets belonging to Creditors Agreement no.9/2020 Court of Venezia.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Campagna Lupia (VE) and can be inspected upon appointment

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 250 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

It is specified that:

- the company in the composition with creditors has received an expression of interest in the auctioned goods as indicated in the batch catalog published on the sales sheet;

- the amount subject to the expression of interest is equal to Euro 4,000 (Euro four thousand / 00) for Lot 1 (assets from 342 to 351 in appraisal, leathers and linings) and 2,900 (two thousand and nine hundred) for Lot 2 (assets of which at no. 352 in appraisal, merino linings), in addition to legal charges and in addition to the commission on the sale due to Neprix srl;

- the company in the arrangement with creditors, duly authorized by the Delegated Judge on February 26, 2021, intends to launch a sales experiment with the methods indicated in the Tender Regulations, placing the amount of the expression of interest received as the basis for the auction.
