Auction Description

Sale of assets belonging to Bankruptcy no. N. 24/2021 Court of Cremona.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Vaiano Cremasco (CR) and can be inspected upon appointment.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 150 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

Please note: Users who intend to export abroad, are not allowed to bid for lots registered in the Italian Public Register for Automobiles (i.e. P.R.A.).

It is specified that:

- lot 16 is currently in use;

- To collect the goods from lot 7 it is necessary to remove the fans and the warehouse door. It will be the responsibility of the successful bidder to restore the disassembled parts without causing damage to the property. In addition, the goods / machinery present in this lot may contain solvents, therefore it is the responsibility of the successful bidder to proceed with disposal, avoiding their dispersion;

- It is the bidder's responsibility to proceed with the disposal at his own expense of any residues present inside the tank for sale in lot 1 and any laboratory liquids present in lot 13.
