exercise of food retail trade, equipped the specific administrative authorisations
and permits in order to execute the business activities and the sale of
alcoholic drinks.
The goods are located in Marsala (TP)
We inform you that
inspections are suspended due to the COVID-19 situation. Parties exclude the
warranty for defects, pursuant to art. 1490 cc. The sales take place with
all faults.
In order to participate in the auction it is necessary to register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions indicated therein and also send your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12:00 on 13/05/2020 via pec communication to itauction@pec.it.
The minimum offer for the business unit rental is €
30,500.00 (equal to the offer plus a minimum raise), plus VAT and accessory
charges, as a fixed component on the annual rent.
