Sale of Komatsu Excavator and Fiat Kobelco Excavator

Goods are located in Cetraro (CS) and can be inspected upon appointment

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 500 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

Lot 3: The item being sold does not comply with EC regulations and may therefore be purchased exclusively for the purpose of retrofitting or as spare parts. Only legal entities with a VAT number and qualifying as Professionals (who purchase the goods solely for professional and not private use) pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 will be eligible to participate in the auction. Specifically, the sale is open exclusively to repairers and manufacturers in the sector for the product category being sold. 

This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.
