Auction Description

Sale of goods belonging to Creditors Agreement no.3/2019 Court of Imperia.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Sanremo (IM) and can be inspected upon appointment

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 500 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

SALES NOTES
-Lot 1: It should be noted that some goods may contain waste. In the event of the presence of waste, it will be the contractor's obligation to proceed with the disposal of the same with costs to be borne by the same. Consult the specific conditions of sale and collection.
-It should be noted that lots 11 and 20 cannot be exported as they are registered operating machines without a vehicle registration certificate.
-Warning: In the event of the sale of movable property registered in the PRA, the participation of users who intend to export such property abroad for purposes related to the sale is precluded.
-The subject who at the end of the tender will be awarded one or more goods not compliant with EC standards, will be required to send, within and no later than 48 hours from the closing of the auction, to the address finalizzazione@industrialdiscount.com: Consult the specific conditions of sale and collection.

As of 12.20.2023, Industrial Discount s.r.l. has become the owner of the portal www.industrialdiscount.it.

We inform you that the sales procedure carried out using competitive methods will be maintained on this portal and that the operational activities strictly connected to the sale (i.e.: inspections) will be carried out by Industrial Discount s.r.l.
