Auction Description

Sale of Iveco and Volvo truck belonging to Amministrazione giudiziaria no. 46/2020 Court of Palermo.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Carini (PA) and can be inspected upon appointment.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 500 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.
PROVISIONAL AWARD
The definitive award of each property offered for sale will be subject to the authorization subsequently issued by the Court of Palermo - Prevention Measures Section.
