Auction Description

PROVISIONAL AWARD

Sale of goods belonging to Amministrazione Giudiziaria no.331/2015 Court of Palermo.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Santa Flavia (PA) and can be inspected upon appointment

Register to the website to download sale and collection terms.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 150 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.

SALES NOTE
-Please note: Users who intend to export abroad, are not allowed to bid for lots registered in the Italian Public Register for Automobiles (i.e. P.R.A.).
-The subject who at the end of the tender will be awarded one or more goods will be required to send, within and no later than 48 hours from the closing of the auction, to finalizzazione@industrialdiscount.com: Consult the specific conditions of sale and withdrawal
-The awarding of lots at the end of the auction is provisional. The final award of each asset offered for sale will be subject to the authorization subsequently issued by the Court of Palermo - Prevention Measures Section
