Sale of goods belonging to Amministrazione Giudiziaria n.42/2021 Court of Palermo.
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
The goods are located in Palermo (PA) and can be inspected by appointment on 12.12.2024 at 10.00 am. All viewing requests must be received within 6.00 pm on 09.12.2024. All requests received after this date will not be taken into consideration.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 500 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.
This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.

-It is specified that Art. 48 – paragraph 12 ter, Legislative Decree 159/2011, provides that movable goods, even those registered in public registers, not intended pursuant to paragraphs 12 and 12-bis, may be intended for sale, with a ban on further transfer for a period of not less than one year, in compliance with the provisions of paragraph 5, sixth period, or destroyed
