Recognized that the goods covered by this sale do not comply with the laws and regulations in force concerning health and safety at work (definition pursuant to Article 23 of the
Legislative Decree n. 81/2008), the sale is exclusively addressed to individuals who carry out the activity of scraps, specialized in the storage and recovery of ferrous scrap.
In order to participate in the tender, it is necessary to send to IT Auction s.r.l. no later than 9.00 am of the day before the auction closes at vp@industrialdiscount.com:
• form, downloadable from the website, certifying the will to proceed with the demolition of the goods or certifying the use of the goods as spare parts,
• CCIAA visa copy in the case of an offer submitted by a legal entity,
• valid identity document of the bidder in the case of an offer presented by a natural person, or a copy of the document of the attorney's representative of the bidder in the case of an offer submitted by a legal entity.
• The present conditions of sale signed on each page and signed in full at the bottom. It should be noted that the stamp and signature must be affixed on each page of these conditions by the legal representative of the bidder;
This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.
