Sale of iron
We inform you that the price indicated on the auction cover refers to the price per ton. Subsequently, following the disassembly of the goods, the weighings will be carried out following which the award price of the goods will be verified.
Following each weighing, partial payment of the awarded lot must be made: the successful bidders undertake to pay the full amount due as a sale price, auction commissions, collection charges and any VAT as a security deposit (so-called export deposit, as better specified in the following paragraph "special provisions on VAT") within 2 working days from each weighing. The charges for the supervision of the collection will be requested in full and immediately.
It should be noted that in the event that the weighs are significantly lower than the amount paid as a guarantee for the withdrawal, it will be possible, as from the following day, to proceed with the same. Otherwise, the successful bidder will be called to settle the first invoice relating to the first weighing.

The assets are located in Pesaro (PU) and can be inspected by appointment on 14/06/2021 in the morning. All viewing requests must be received within 1.00 pm on 08/06/2021. All requests received after this date will not be taken into consideration.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 250 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.
The person who has won the lot at the end of the tender will be required to send the documents indicated in the specific conditions of sale to report@neprix.com no later than 48 hours after the auction closes.
Before being able to organize the collection and subsequent weighings, the successful bidder of auction 5983 will be required to pay € 15,000.00 as a security deposit to guarantee the effective payment of the amount due following the weighings as well as the correct and complete execution of the withdrawal operations
