Expression of interest for the Company Intra S.r.l. in Liquidazione for the wholesale of hygiene and personal care products

INTRA SRL in Liquidazione is the owner of a business complex, located in Voghera (PV), for the wholesale trade of hygiene and personal care products, of paramedical material, for accident prevention, fire prevention, road signs, spare parts and consumables for motor vehicles, detergents, plastic paper, as well as for wholesale, rental and assistance, repair of machinery and equipment for civil and industrial cleaning and for the retail trade of the same goods, as well as work clothes and promotional clothing.
The company is composed of:
- the different types of instrumental goods including: plants, machinery, office furniture and machines, electronic machines, vehicles, internal means of transport, various furnishings;
- authorizations, certifications, goodwill, names and brands, customer lists and other commercial information and data (including e-mail addresses) and generally all of the technical, production and organizational assets necessary for the sale of the products marketed, in addition to the rights to use the website (www.intraservizi.com) and related extensions, as well as the Facebook page of the company;
- energy, water and telephone supply contracts, agency contracts, supervisory contracts, SW and HW use contracts, the Plotter contract, the production sites contract with the Municipality of Voghera;
- the real estate leasing contract concerning the shed located in via Carlo Donat Cattin, no. 8, Voghera (PV), in which the operational headquarters in which the business is carried out is located;
- There are, however, no subordinate employment contracts.
PURCHASE PRICE EQUAL TO AT LEAST Euro 240,000.00 (two hundred and forty thousand /00)
The Liquidator acknowledges the existence of a contract of company lease between the Company in agreement and a third party company which recognizes that the tenant has the right to participate in the competition between the various interested parties.
