IS OFFERING FOR SALE

The following film rights – as identified below and better described in the appraisal report and legal opinion in the documents

Auction no. 9293: Ownership rights of the following films:

- Lot 1: Il piccolo diavolo (1988): 12.5% ​​of the shares granted until 2032 to Italia a Halley Pictures – Base price 1,900.00 Euro
- Lot 2: No grazie il caffè mi rende nervosa (1982): 20% of the shares granted to Film&Video until 20/11/2032 and BNL restriction. Base price 620.00 Euro
- Lot 3: Il caso Moro (1986): 27.5% of the shares granted to Film & Video until 20/11/2032 and BNL restriction. Base price: 1,017.50 Euro
- Lot 4: Hotel Colonial (1987): 25% of the shares, granted to date to Film & Video until 20-11-2032 and BNL restriction. Base price: 962.50 Euro
- Lot 5: Cavalli si nasce (1989): 50% of the total share. Base price 1,000.00 Euro
- Lot 6: Voglioci troppo bene (1989): 50% of the total share. Base price 1,000.00 Euro
- Lot 7: Ordinaria Sopravvivenza (1992): 100% of the share with BNL restriction. Base price 400.00 Euro
- Lot 8: Don't call me Omar (1992): 70% of the total share with BNL restriction. Base price 175.00 Euro.

The Curatorship hereby announces that the owners of the residual shares in the aforementioned works have a right of pre-emption and that in the event of an award, the same will be considered provisional and will become definitive in the event of failure to exercise the right of pre-emption in the manner governed in this notice of sale.

The transfer will take place in the state of fact and law in which the shares of the ownership and exploitation rights of the cinematographic works of which the above-mentioned shares are held are found.

Please note: Please read the postponement of the auction to September 3, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and the clarifications regarding the exercise of the right of pre-emption, as specified in the supplement to the notice of sale.

Purchase offers may be submitted by 12:00 on 09/01/2025 in the following manner:
- via certified email to asset.om@pec.abilio.com. Please note that the documentation sent as an attachment and contained in the certified email must necessarily be signed with a digital signature.

On 09/02/2025 at 2:00 PM, Abilio S.p.A. will open the envelopes.

The upward auction will begin on 09/03/2025 at 3:00 PM and will end on the same day at 5:00 PM and only authorized bidders will be able to participate.
