OFFERS FOR SALE
The following film rights – as identified below and more fully described in the appraisal report and legal opinion on file.
Auction No. 9293: Ownership rights of the following films:
Lot 3: The Moro Case (1986) – 27.5% of the shares granted to Film & Video until 20/11/2032, subject to BNL lien.
Base price: €872.00Lot 4: Hotel Colonial (1987) – 25% of the shares, currently granted to Film & Video until 20/11/2032, subject to BNL lien.
Base price: €826.00Lot 5: Cavalli si nasce (1989) – 50% of the total share.
Base price: €858.00
The Trustee hereby informs that the holders of the remaining shares in the above-mentioned works hold a right of first refusal. In the event of an award, the same shall be deemed provisional and will become final only if the right of first refusal is not exercised in accordance with the procedures set out in this notice of sale.
The transfer shall take place in the factual and legal condition in which the ownership and exploitation rights of the above-mentioned cinematographic works currently stand.
Purchase offers must be submitted no later than 12:00 noon on 30/03/2026 in the following manner:
by certified email (PEC) to asset.om@pec.abilio.com.
Please note that the documentation attached to and contained in the PEC message must be digitally signed.
On 31/03/2026 at 14:00, Abilio S.p.A. will proceed with the opening of the envelopes.
The ascending auction will begin on 01/04/2026 at 15:00 and will end on the same day at 17:00. Only qualified bidders may participate.
