Auction Description

Sale of assets belonging to Concordato Preventivono. 07/2019 Court of Spoleto.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Spello (PG) and can be inspected upon appointment

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 1000 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

It should be noted that, with regard to the Hunday Santa Fe of lot 3, the vehicle and its registration certificate have been seized and the latter is at the offices of the municipal police. In order to proceed with the release from seizure, the successful bidder will have to take out an insurance policy at his own expense as indicated in the terms and conditions of sale. For further details please refer to the paragraph "withdrawal of registered movable property" in the attached conditions of sale and withdrawal.

Please note: Users who intend to export abroad, are not allowed to bid for lots registered in the Italian Public Register for Automobiles (i.e. P.R.A.).
