Goods are located in Fabriano (AN) and can be inspected upon appointment on 20/09/2023 in the morning. All viewing requests must be received within 1.00 pm on 19/09/2023. All requests received after this date will not be taken into consideration.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 250 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

SALE NOTES

- We point out the sale of additional machinery owned by the same Procedure within auctions 7172, 7176, 7667

- The awards of the individual lots and individual auctions will be considered provisional and subject to the approval of the bodies of the Procedure

- At the end of the sales tenders, a tender will be held that will allow the submission of the offer in bulk including all the lots present in the aforementioned auctions.

- The block auction no. 7300 will open on 27/09/2023 and will close on 28/09/2023 at 15:00 on the portal www.industrialdiscount.it

WITHDRAWAL NOTES:

- It should be noted that for lots 61, 62, 63 and 64, the successful bidder will have to remove the goods placed inside the warehouse without causing damage to them, with costs and charges to be borne by him.

- It should be noted that the assets of lot 65 are dismantled

- It should be noted that the assets of lot 59 are currently in use at the Santa Maria plant.
