Sale of assets belonging to Bankruptcy no. 100 / 2014 Court of Taranto.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Sava (TA) and can be inspected upon appointment

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 150 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.

- Please note that lot 1 may contain consumables and products subject to expiry. In the event of the presence of the latter materials, it shall be the obligation of the successful tenderer to dispose of the same at its own expense, releasing abilio and the Procedure from any liability. All costs of removal, transport, securing, cleaning of the premises with removal of waste and paints traceable to the bankruptcy, accident-prevention and non-accident-prevention adaptation shall be borne in full by the successful tenderer.
