Auction Description

Sale of goods belonging to Bankruptcy no. 2/2019 Court of Forlì.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Cesena (FC) and can be inspected upon appointment.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 50 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.

Please note: Users who would like to export the PRA registered vehicles are not allowed to bid for this auction. For this reason, the participation is always invalidated for non-resident in italy users also in case of of taking part in the second phase of the auction. Users are not allowed to ask for plate cancellation in order to export the vehicle. If the above mentioned users attend the auction for one of this lot, the Procedure (the seller), considering the trend of the auction, the price of the lot and its auction price, could invalidate the participation of the foreign user and revoke the sale.
