Auction carried out through an asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to art. 25 D.M. 32/2015
Sale of goods belonging to Bankruptcy no. 346/2018 Court of Milano.
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Goods are located in Milano (MI) and can be inspected upon appointment.
The subject who at the end of the tender will be the winner of one or more lots (provided that the allotment value is equal to or greater than € 10,000.00) will be required to send, no later than 48 hours after the auction closes, at the e-mail itauction@pec.it, the documents indicated in the conditions of sale and collection.
IT IS SPECIFIED THAT:
• Users correctly registered to the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot on sale filling in the form on the page of the lot and paying the deposit indicated by credit card or bank transfer.
• ITA will confirm the offers received only after receiving the correct receipt of the form and the crediting of the deposit.
• ITA will send an e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by the user in order to communicate the validation of the offer as well as the personal and secret code to be used in order to attend the online auction. Please note that the code received will be requested only during the sales operations. You are reminded that this code, being secret and personal, once sent to the email address of registration can not in any way be sent again or communicated to third parties.

This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.
