Sale of the asset belonging to Creditors Agreement no. 2/2013 Court of Spoleto.
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Goods are located in Trevi (PG) and can be inspected upon appointment on 26/01/2022 in the morning. All viewing requests must be received within 6.00 pm on 21/01/2022 and must contain the exact code of the lot to be viewed. All requests received after this date will not be taken into consideration.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 1000 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

The goods offered for sale in lots 38-35 are the subject of a rental contract by third parties with the expiry of the same on 18.02.2020
It is hereby announced that any further dismantling and restoration costs necessary to provide for the collection of lot 59 will be borne exclusively by the contractor. The contractor will be obliged to restore the state of the places upon withdrawal.
