Auction Description

Sale of the goods belonging to Bankruptcy no. 42/2019 Court of Udine.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Codroipo (UD) and can be inspected upon appointment.

Please note: Users who intend to export abroad, are not allowed to bid for lots registered in the Italian Public Register for Automobiles (i.e. P.R.A.) even in the event they are included in lots with miscellaneous items. Please read carefully the specific conditions of sale.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 500 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

EXTRA GUARANTEE DEPOSIT

The successful bidder of lot 90 may be asked to pay € 10,000.00 as a security deposit to guarantee the correct and complete performance of the operations related to the withdrawal of the indicated lot. This sum, to be paid no later than 20 (twenty) days from the confirmation of the award.
