Sale of assets belonging to Judicial Liquidation No. 46/2025 – Court of Rimini
Sale pursuant to Art. 216 of the Italian Code of Business Crisis and Insolvency (C.C.I.I.).
The assets are located in Cesenatico (FC) and can be inspected by appointment.
Auction carried out through an asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to Art. 25 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015.
