Auction carried out through an asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to art. 25 D.M. 32/2015
Sale of the assets belonging to Bankruptcy no. 40/2018 Court of Rimini.
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Goods are located in Santarcangelo di Romagna (RN) and can be inspected upon appointment.
We inform you that lot on sale consist of good destined for scrapping. The sale is aimed exclusively at subjects operating as scrap dealers, specializing in the storage and recovery of ferrous scrap. It should be noted that persons not resident in Italy will also be excluded from the sale. Read the Condizioni specifiche di vendita e ritiro.
IT IS SPECIFIED THAT:
• Users correctly registered to the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot on sale filling in the form on the page of the lot and paying the deposit indicated by credit card or bank transfer.
• ITA will confirm the offers received only after receiving the correct receipt of the form and the crediting of the deposit.
• ITA will send an e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by the user in order to communicate the validation of the offer as well as the personal and secret code to be used in order to attend the online auction. Please note that the code received will be requested only during the sales operations. You are reminded that this code, being secret and personal, once sent to the email address of registration can not in any way be sent again or communicated to third parties.
On the 28/01/2020 the specific condition of sale were
modified about registered vehicles. Please read the specific condition of sale.
Please note: foreign users (non-resident in Italy) are not
allowed to bid for PRA registered vehicles. The participation could be
also invalidated in case of taking part in the second phase of the auction.
If a foreign user attend the auction for one of this lot, the Procedure (the
seller), considering the trend of the auction, the price of the lot and its
auction price, could invalidate the participation of the foreign user and
revoke the sale. Please read carefully the specific conditions of sale.
