Sale of goods belonging to Bankruptcy no. 9/2022 Court of Palermo.
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Goods are located in Partinico (PA) and can be inspected upon appointment on 22/03/2022 in the afternoon. All viewing requests must be received within 6.00 pm on 20/03/2023. All requests received after this date will not be taken into consideration.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 100 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.
This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.
