Auction sale of CDM EDM.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Fabriano (AN) and Jesi (AN) and can be inspected upon appointment on 20/09/2023 in the morning. All viewing requests must be received within 1.00 pm on 19/09/2023. All requests received after this date will not be taken into consideration.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 500 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

Please note: Users who intend to export abroad, are not allowed to bid for lots registered in the Italian Public Register for Automobiles (i.e. P.R.A.).

SALE NOTES

- We point out the sale of additional machinery owned by the same Procedure within auctions 7125, 7176, 7667.

- The awards of individual lots and individual auctions will be considered provisional and subject to the approval of the bodies of the Procedure

- At the end of the sales tenders, a tender will be held that will allow the submission of the offer in bulk including all the lots present in the aforementioned auctions.

- The block auction no. 7300 will open on 27/09/2023 and will close on 28/09/2023 at 15:00 on the portal www.industrialdiscount.it

- Attention: In the case of the sale of movable property registered with the PRA, the participation of users who for purposes related to the sale intend to export these goods abroad is precluded.

WITHDRAWAL NOTES

- The successful bidder of the rotating vertical warehouses referred to in lots 25, 26, 27 will have to remove the goods placed inside the warehouse without causing damage to them, with costs and charges at his expense.
