Sale of assets belonging to Liquidazione Coatta Amministrativa n. 185/GAB/2013 Court of Palermo.
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Goods are located in Santa Ninfa (TP) and can be inspected upon appointment

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 250 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.
On the 06/02/2020 the specific condition of sale were
modified about registered vehicles. Please read the specific condition of sale.
Please note: the non-resident in Italy users are not allowed to bid for PRA registered vehicles. The participation could be also invalidated in case of taking part in the second phase of the auction. If a foreign user attend the auction for one of this lot, the Procedure (the seller), considering the trend of the auction, the price of the lot and its auction price, could invalidate the participation of the foreign user and revoke the sale. Please read carefully the specific conditions of sale.
It is specified that:
- Lot 14 is composed of an operating machine without a veichle registration certificate with a capacity exceeding 60 Q therefore the sale of this lot and the entire block is reserved only for residents of Italy
- For lots 1-3-4-11-12-13 there is a rental contract that will be resolved automatically after the award. It should also be noted that these vehicles are currently in use.
- it will be the bidder's responsibility to dispose of the goods present in lot 8
