Auction Description

Sale of goods belonging to Bankruptcy no.23/2015 Court of Cassino.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Sant’Angelo in Theodice (FR) and can be inspected upon appointment on 23/05/2023 in the morning. All viewing requests must be received within 1.00 pm on 22/05/2023. All requests received after this date will not be taken into consideration.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 10.000 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.

NOTES PARTICIPATION

If the successful bidder is a subject carrying out the activity of scrap dealers, specialized in the storage and recovery of ferrous scrap, he may request, after sending what is indicated in the specific conditions of sale within 48 hours from the closing of the auction, the application of the 'Art 74 DPR 633/722.
