Auction Description

Sale of assets belonging to Bankruptcy no. 66-1 / 2020  Court of Palermo.

PROVISIONAL AWARD
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Partinico (PA) and can be inspected upon appointment on 04/04/2025 at 10.00 am. All viewing requests must be received within 6.00 pm on 01/04/2025. All requests received after this date will not be taken into consideration.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 500 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.
The successful bidder of each lot will be required to pay €10,000.00 as a security deposit to guarantee the correct and complete carrying out of the operations relating to the collection of the indicated lot. This sum, to be paid no later than 5 (five) days from confirmation of the award to the coordinates that will be indicated at the same time, will be withheld from the procedure both in the case of delay in collection and in the event of damage caused to the property in which they are located the goods. The security deposit will also be retained until the collection procedures have been completed, after which it will be credited back to the successful tenderer.
