Auction sale of the asset belonging to Extraordinary administration n. 1/2019 of the Ministry of Economic Development.
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Goods are located in Rivoli (TO) and can be inspected upon appointment.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 100 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.
SALES NOTES
- We inform you that additional costs relating, for example, to the restoration of the premises and waste disposal will be borne by the successful tenderer. Please read the Specific Conditions of Sale and Collection carefully for further details.
- In case of sale of movable goods registered with the PRA, the participation of users who intend to export such goods abroad for purposes related to the sale is precluded. If said subjects nevertheless participate in the Auction, the procedure, having evaluated the progress of the tender, the value of the asset placed at auction and its award price, may decide to consider the participation of said subjects as ineffective or, alternatively, null and void. the race.
- We inform you that the successful tenderer(s) of lots 48, 49, 50, 51, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 73 will be responsible for the costs of filling the pits that will be created following the withdrawal of underground plateaus
- We inform you that the costs of closing the holes that will be created following the removal of the exhaust pipes of the aspirators leading to the roof will be borne by the successful tenderer of lot 64
- It should be noted that on the shelves of the shelves in lot 90 there are various goods that are not part of the sale. For the purposes of collecting the shelving, the successful tenderer of the lot will have to move the goods above, placing them in an orderly manner on the ground, on top of the pallets.
- Please note that the collection of the overhead cranes referred to in lots 103, 104 and 105 can only take place following the sale and collection of the underlying goods.
- Inside lots 73, 82, 86, 89 there are various types of waste (e.g. oils, enamels, solvents, paints). The successful tenderers of these lots will have to ensure, with costs and charges at their own expense, the disposal of such waste and other waste connected to it in compliance with current legislation.
- Please note that for the collection of large lots, it will also be necessary to dismantle movable walls. The successful tenderer will therefore have to take care of this requirement and, once the awarded lot has been collected, will have to reassemble the wall without causing damage to it.
