Auction Description
Sale of goods belonging to Creditors Agreement no.6/2020 Court of Messina.
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Goods are located in Messina (ME) and can be inspected upon appointment on 19.12.2024 at 11 am. All viewing requests must be received within 6.00 pm on 16.12.2024. All requests received after this date will not be taken into consideration.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 1000 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.
This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.
NOTICES
-We hereby inform you that the goods for sale (lots 1,2,4 and 8) are non-CE compliant goods, as provided for by the relevant Community directives. These goods may therefore be used within the European Community only after they have been brought into compliance. Alternatively, they must be scrapped or used exclusively as spare parts, which must not be used for the construction and assembly of new machinery, but used exclusively to replace worn equipment.
-The person who, at the end of the auction, has been awarded one or more non-CE compliant goods, will be required to send, within and no later than 48 hours from the end of the auction, to the address aftersales@industrialdiscount.com: Consult the specific conditions of sale and collection
