Auction Description

Sale of assets belonging to Bankruptcy no. 42/2017 Court of Cassino.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Alatri (FR) and can be inspected upon appointment

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 250 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

Please note: Users who intend to export abroad, are not allowed to bid for lots registered in the Italian Public Register for Automobiles (i.e. P.R.A.).

The road tractor referred to in lot 1 is coupled to the semi-trailer referred to in lot 2. It will be the responsibility of the successful tenderers to separate the two vehicles without damaging them. Any shorts and charges will be borne by the successful tenderers.
