Creditors Agreement no. 58/2011 Court of Milano.
Assignment of credits without recourse that the Fondazione Monte Tabor in liquidation and arrangement with creditors has towards the debtors indicated in the Disciplinary Assignment Credits.
The sale will take place in a single lot made up of the credits indicated in the Disciplinary Assignment Credits (with a total nominal value estimated at Euro 12,132,728.03), for a basic transfer price of not less than Euro 450,000.00.
Interested parties must send, in a sealed envelope, the written declaration of an irrevocable purchase offer, in stamped paper of € 16.00, to the offices of the Notary Dr. Cesare Gattoni, in Milan, via San Vittore, n. 39, also by means of the postal service, within 30 July 2020 at 12.00.
On July 31, 2020 at 2.30 pm, at the office of the Notary Dr. Cesare Gattoni, located in Via San Vittore 39, Milan in the presence of the Notary, the bidders, the bodies of the concordat procedure, the envelopes will be opened. In the event of a plurality of valid offers, those present will be invited to participate in a auction starting from the highest offered price and with minimum raises of Euro 45,000.00.
