Auction Description
Sale of assets from Judicial Liquidation no. 2/2026 of the Court of Brindisi.
Sale pursuant to Art. 216 of the Italian Insolvency Code (CCII).
The assets are located in Oria (BR) and Mesagne (BR) and can be inspected by appointment.
Auction carried out through an asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to Art. 25 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015.
PLEASE NOTE:
• Users who have correctly registered on the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot on sale by filling out the form available on the page of the lot of interest and by paying the required deposit via credit card or bank transfer.
• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will validate the offers received only after the correct receipt of the duly completed form and the actual crediting of the security deposit.
• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will send an email to the address provided by the user to confirm the validation of the offer and to communicate the personal and confidential code that must be used to participate in the online auction for the lot of interest. Please note that the received code will be required only during the sale operations. It is also specified that this code is confidential and personal; once sent to the registration email address, it cannot be resent or communicated again in any way.

The Procedure is not registered with VIES; therefore, European buyers will be required to pay VAT.
