Auction Description

Auction sale of construction equipment including construction nets, plywood panel pallets, hammers, safety bands, chemical resin cans, self-drilling screws, polyurethane foam cans and much morebelonging to Bankruptcy no. 54/2022 Court of Verona.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Marano Lagunare (UD) and can be inspected upon appointment.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 500 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

SALE NOTES

- It should be noted that the gas cylinders contained in lot 1 must be re-tested in order to be used. It is the responsibility of the successful bidder to re-test the expired cylinders and bear the related cost. The successful bidder also undertakes to handle them with all the precautions required by law and with the necessary PPE, exempting abilio from any liability.

- It is also specified that the successful tenderer must arrange for the disposal of the assets referred to in numbers 4, 9, 14, 82 of the assets list.
