Auction Description

Composition with creditors n. 1/2021 of the Court of Spoleto

Sale pursuant to art. 107 co.1 L.F.

Business transfer including the following assets forming part of the business compendium of the aforementioned bankruptcy procedure:

- Office furniture and machines: these are office furniture and furniture (desks, bookcases, armchairs, chairs, etc.) and office machines (computers, printers, fax machines, telephones, etc.);

- Construction equipment and means of transport: these are equipment, vehicles, etc. in normal state of maintenance and conservation in relation to the age and work carried out in years of construction activity. It should be noted that the cranes are equipped with tests required by law,

- Business unit;

- SOA registrations belonging to the debtor company.

It should be noted that much of the construction equipment and vehicles are currently rented, pursuant to a business unit rental agreement. The lessee company will be obliged to return the business assets included in the business unit rental, within 180 days of any award of the same assets to third parties.

Auction starting price: Euro 114.219,00

Minimum raise: Euro 1,000.00

In order to participate in the auction it is necessary to register on the website www.industrialdiscount.com by following the instructions indicated therein and also send your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12.00 on 23/09/2025 ,

- by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt or by hand to be delivered without fail to the operational headquarters of Abilio S.p.a in Faenza (RA) at Via G. Galilei n.6,

- via certified email to asset.om@pec.abilio.com. Please note that the documentation sent as an attachment and contained within the certified email message must necessarily be signed with a digital signature.

On 24/09/2025 at 2.00 pm abilio Spa will open the envelopes.
