Auction Description

Company sale of campsite consisting of buildings, equipment, systems, furniture, furnishings and light structures located in Camaiore (LU), Lido di Camaiore district in via Trieste n.175.

This is a tourist accommodation complex for camping with a restaurant, bar and sports facilities.

The area includes a main distribution avenue and a series of roads that make up the internal road system serving the pitches, partly free and partly occupied by temporary housing structures (bungalows), all equipped with connections to the systems.

At the entrance to the campsite there is a masonry building which on the ground floor is used as an office-reception and on the first floor as the caretaker's house. Distributed at the ends of the lot there are four buildings used for toilets, showers, laundries and technical rooms. At the end of the avenue there is a large circular building used for camping services such as a bar, pizzeria with kitchen and pantry, infirmary, bathrooms and various warehouses. To the north of the building there are the sports facilities, namely two swimming pools, a tennis court and a soccer field. All delimited by fences in poles and net.

The structure consists of 37 bungalows and 94 equipped camper pitches.

The asset is non-compliant but regularizable.

Total area: approximately 19,000 m2
