On 8/10/2021 the provisional award in a single lot was declared for the amount of € 845,000.00.
Without prejudice to the possibility of the Curator to suspend the sale if better offers are received pursuant to art. 107 co. 4 LF within 7 (seven) days from the aforementioned date (8/10/2021).

The bankrupt company owns a company operating in the medium carpentry sector. This activity continued with the provisional exercise, ordered by the Court with the bankruptcy sentence and currently pending, with an expiry date on 15/07/2021 unless anticipated closure or authorized extension.
The company exercised is composed of tangible and intangible assets in ownership divided into lots.
Goods are located in Coseano (UD) and can be inspected upon appointment.
In order to participate in the sale procedure, the Offeror must register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions indicated therein and also send his irrevocable Offer no later than 13/09/2021 at 12.00, with one of the following methods alternatives:
