Auction Description

Administrative co-regulation liquidation n. 543/2013 Court of Perugia

Sale in accordance with Article 107 co.1 L.F.

Company branch, excluding the building, as identified in the appraisal, concerning:
- rental and sale of boxes, covers and supporting structures for entertainment events;
- rental and sale of seats, floors and furnishings for entertainment events;
- design and realization of spaces and environments for show including the supply of hall furniture and stage furniture;
- realization, rental and sale of sets for shows, concerts, conventions ...;
- realization, rental and sale of theatrical costumes and everything related to theatrical tailoring and tailoring connected to the scenotecnica;
- rental and sale of light, audio and video systems including technical assistance;
- commercial goodwill.

The business unit is currently leased to third parties; the contract provides for the obligation to release the company within 45 days in the event of alienation to third parties. It should also be noted that the tenant has the right of pre-emption.

The business unit will be sold at a price of €  84.049,80 plus legal charges.
Minimum offer: € 63.037,35 plus legal fees.

Each bidder must deposit the offer, in stamp, in a sealed and sealed envelope, within 12.00 pm on  8th october 2024 at the Notary Office in Perugia, via Mario Angeloni n.51.

The envelopes will be opened on 9th october 2024 at 15:00 in front of the Notary; in the event of a plurality of bids, a tender will be launched between the bidders in front of the Notary on the day the envelopes are opened.
