Bankruptcy n.31/2018 of the Court of Brindisi
Sale pursuant to art. 107 co.1 L.F.
Company compendium consisting of:
- industrial factory located in Brindisi at C.da Piccoli left, ground and first floor (registered at the Revenue Agency - Territory - of the Province of Brindisi, census municipality of Brindisi referred to in Fg. 79p.lla 616 sub 1, Cat. D/ 7) together with machinery, furnishings and equipment identified and estimated in Attachment 1 of the appraisal report dated 09/20/2019 and signature of the Engineer. Mario Cotrino kept at the factory, owned by a company subject to insolvency proceedings whose corporate purpose is the design and construction of structural, mechanical and electrical components of aircraft, space vehicles, cars, boats and mechanical vehicles in general.
The company is currently in the possession of the company --- --- right rental contract per deed dated 12/19/2019 and subsequent variations authorized by the court. The holding company has assumed the obligation to promptly release the company in its entirety into the availability of the Bankruptcy Administrator, immediately after the completion of the award procedure.
Starting auction price: Euro 1,476,567.00
It should be noted that the land indicated in the appraisal is not for sale
The goods are located in Brindisi (BR) and can be inspected by appointment
In order to participate in the auction it is necessary to register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions indicated therein and also send your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12.00 on 18/10/2024, according to one of the following alternative methods:
- by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or by hand to be delivered mandatorily to the operational headquarters of Abilio Spa in Via G. Galilei n.6, 48018, Faenza (RA)
- via certified email to asset.om@pec.abilio.com. It should be noted that, in the case of sending the offer via certified email, the documentation sent as an attachment and contained within the certified email message must necessarily be signed with a digital signature.
On 21/10/2024 at 2.00 pm Abilio will open the envelopes
