Given that:

- the Bankruptcy received on 05/01/2021 an irrevocable purchase offer for the company complex of the aforementioned Bankruptcy at a price of € 40,000.00 plus charges (notarial deed of transfer, registration tax, any other charges), duly secured;
- the Bankruptcy intends to initiate a collection of offers for the purchase of the company complex, placing the irrevocable purchase offer received as the base price, the procedures for which are governed by this document;

INVITES

to submit by 08/02/2021 at 12.30 am guaranteed purchase offers for the following assets that are part of the company compendium of the aforementioned Bankruptcy:

AUCTION N. 5657 - Business unit consisting of the following assets: Active and passive contracts in place, capital goods for the exercise of the activity (with the exception of the Ford Focus 1.5 ecoblue vehicle with the FT405YH license plate which is resold by the rental company) , furnishings, equipment, warehouse, including n. 6 employment relationships, value € 40,000.00


The offer, if deemed appropriate and subject to the authorization of the GD, will be used as an auction basis for the subsequent competitive sale.

The assets are located in Pieve Emanuele (MI) and can be inspected by appointment
