Auction Description
Bankruptcy no. 209/2020 Court of Milano
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Business unit including operating leases relating to machinery, employment contracts relating to no. 3 employees, goodwill, industrial and intellectual property rights, patents and distinctive signs in general and know-how. All this is better specified in the company lease contract to which we refer.
The Procedure received on 15.06.2020 an irrevocable offer to purchase the business unit at a price of € 100,000.00 plus charges; the Procedure intends to launch a sales experiment, placing the irrevocable purchase offer received as the basic auction price, the procedures for which are governed by the Notice of sale.

The electronic purchase offers must be received by the presenters of the offer within and no later than 13:00 pm on 15th December 2020 by sending it to the PEC address of the Ministry offertapvp.dgsia@giustiziacert.it, using only the pre-filled module available within the ministerial portal http://venditepubbliche.giustizia.it.
The telematic offer is intended to be deposited when the complete receipt of successful delivery is generated by the certified e-mail manager of the Ministry of Justice.
The amount paid as a deposit must be equal to 10% of the price offered for each lot.
The synchronous auction takes place on the site www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it the day 16th December 2020 from 15.00 and following and has a duration of sixty seconds, unless the presentation of further raises.
