Sale of asset belonging to Bankruptcy no. 52/2018 Court of Ancona.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Filottrano (AN) and can be inspected upon appointment on 28//12/2023 in the morning. All viewing requests must be received within 6.00 pm on 22/12/2023. All requests received after this date will not be taken into consideration.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 720 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

SALES NOTES

- It should be noted that the Procedure has currently identified approximately 36,000 salable items of clothing. However, there is a risk that, at the time of delivery, the actual items present are a different number, because a duplication of some counts may have occurred. Therefore, the number of items being sold will only be ascertainable at the time of delivery, after the award has been made and once the final price has been paid.

- In the event of a negative discrepancy (no. of animals found - 36,000), a refund will be made of any difference calculated by multiplying this negative difference by the average award value per animal.

- In the event of a positive discrepancy (no. of animals found - 36,000) payment of any difference will be requested, calculated by multiplying this positive difference by the average award value per animal.
