Auction Description

Sale of Citroen car belonging to Bankruptcy no. 161 / 2019 Court of Roma.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Roma (RM) and can be inspected upon appointment

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 250 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

SALES NOTE:

- Please note that site inspections are not permitted for the auction in question.

- We inform you that the costs accrued and accruing for the deposit of the lot in question will be borne by the successful tenderer. These costs will be borne by the contractor until the actual date of collection (it should be noted that the collection can only be scheduled after the transfer of ownership). The costs accrued on 16.02.2023 are equal to approximately € 1,904.90 plus VAT, to these costs will be added the amount of approximately € 1.20 plus VAT per day until the actual collection date.

This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.

Please note: Users who intend to export abroad, are not allowed to bid for lots registered in the Italian Public Register for Automobiles (i.e. P.R.A.).
