Auction Description
Sale of the asset belonging to Bankruptcy no. 46/2018 Court of Frosinone.
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Goods are located in Frosinone (FR) and can be inspected upon appointment on 26/04/2021 in the afternoon. All viewing requests must be received within 6.00 pm on 23/04/2021 and must contain the exact code of the lot to be viewed. All requests received after this date will not be taken into consideration
This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.
IT IS SPECIFIED THAT:
• Users correctly registered to the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot on sale filling in the form on the page of the lot and paying the deposit indicated by credit card or bank transfer.
• ITA will confirm the offers received only after receiving the correct receipt of the form and the crediting of the deposit.
• ITA will send an e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by the user in order to communicate the validation of the offer as well as the personal and secret code to be used in order to attend the online auction. Please note that the code received will be requested only during the sales operations. You are reminded that this code, being secret and personal, once sent to the email address of registration can not in any way be sent again or communicated to third parties.
