Value of Offers: Offers of any value may be submitted; The Procedure reserves the right to evaluate the offer, assess its appropriateness, and determine whether or not to proceed with the competitive sale.
To participate in the auction, you must:
a) register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it by following the instructions therein;
b) submit your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12:00 PM on January 30, 2026, using one of the following methods:
- in a sealed envelope, by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt, or by hand, to be delivered without fail to the Abilio S.p.A. headquarters at Via G. Galilei No. 6, 48018 Faenza (RA);
- by ertified email to asset.om@pec.abilio.com. Please note that, in the event of sending the offer via certified email (PEC), the documentation sent as an attachment and contained within the certified email must necessarily be signed with a digital signature.
