Auction Description

Sale of the assets belonging to Bankruptcy no. 77/2019 Court of Padova.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Ravenna (RA) and can be inspected upon appointment.

It should be noted that the restoration of places following the withdrawal will be paid by the successful tenderer. The property (walls, parquet, etc.) must be in the state of affairs in which it occurred at the time of the start of the aforementioned operations.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 500 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

It is hereby communicated that it will be the duty of the contractor / contractors to dispose of all the medicines that are part of the sale with expenses at his / her expense.

Please note that in the case of folders with medical records these goods will not be sold.

It should be noted that in case of awarding with removal of the goods the property that is difficult to remove from the building will not be part of the sale (for example plasterboard walls, air conditioning systems, etc.).

It should be noted that if special medical waste is present, it will be necessary to contact a specialized company to dispose of it with costs borne by the contractor.
