Auction Description

Sale of assets belonging to Bankruptcy no. 41/2020 Court of Trani.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Bari (BA) and Bisceglie (BT) and can be inspected upon appointment.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 100 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

Please note: Users who intend to export abroad, are not allowed to bid for lots registered in the Italian Public Register for Automobiles (i.e. P.R.A.).

Notes on partecipation:

If the successful bidder decides to scrap the adjudicated vehicle, he must notify it to the e-mail postvendita@neprix.com and to the Procedure expressly indicating the name of the chosen authorised scrapper, it should be noted that the cost of the inspection will be recovered in the amount of € 13.00 plus VAT.
