the following assets forming part of the business compendium of the aforementioned bankruptcy procedure:

The assets constituting the company as described above are located in Montalto Uffugo (CS) or at customers' premises. Please note that there is a business rental contract in place expiring on 12/31/2024 and the lessee has the right of pre-emption as regulated in this notice of sale.
Business Complex (Single Lot) - Auction 8731:
Euro 50,000.00
Where irrevocable purchase offers are received at a price equal to or higher than the minimum price indicated above, the Procedure will automatically accept the offer as the starting price of the sales experiment which will take place according to the methods indicated in this Notice and Regulations of Sale, in the paragraph "Conditions of sale of the Company".
The transfer will take place as a lump sum and not as a measure and in the state of fact and law in which the company in question and the individual assets that compose it are found, as described in the inventory and in the appraisal reports.
Obligation to Hire Employees. The successful tenderer must fully hire the staff currently employed by the company consisting of 2 full-time employees and 2 part-time employees. Hiring must take place under the same contractual conditions already applied at the time of sale, in accordance with the current legislation and applicable national collective labor agreements.
In order to participate in the auction, it is necessary to register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions indicated therein and also send your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12:00 on 21/02/2025 via certified email to asset.om@pec.abilio.com. Please note that the documentation sent as an attachment and contained in the certified email must necessarily be signed with a digital signature.
On 24/02/2025 at 2:00 pm Abilio S.p.A. will open the envelopes.
