Auction carried out through an asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to art. 25 D.M. 32/2015
Sale of assets belonging to Creditors Agreement no. 8/2014 Court of
Pesaro.
Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Goods are located in Pesaro (PU) and can be inspected upon appointment.
Please note that the pick-ups will be managed by the company on site with costs to be borne by the successful tenderer. For this activity, the successful tenderer will be asked for approximately € 50 plus VAT per hour, which must be paid directly to the company handling the pick-ups.
IT IS SPECIFIED THAT:
• Users correctly registered to the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot on sale filling in the
form on the page of the lot and paying the deposit indicated by credit card or bank transfer.
• Industrial Discount will confirm the offers received only after receiving the correct receipt of the form and the
crediting of the deposit.
• Industrial Discount will send an e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by the user in order to communicate the
validation
of the offer as well as the personal and secret code to be used in order to attend the online auction. Please note
that the code received will be requested only during the sales operations. You are reminded that this code, being
secret and personal, once sent to the email address of registration can not in any way be sent again or communicated
to third parties.
