Sale of goods belonging to Bankruptcy no.9/2019 Court of Siracusa.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Augusta (SR) and can be inspected upon appointment.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 250 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

Please note: Users who intend to export abroad, are not allowed to bid for lots registered in the Italian Public Register for Automobiles (i.e. P.R.A.).

We inform you that the withdrawal of the lots offered for sale is difficult as for the withdrawal of each vehicle it is necessary to move one or more vehicles. It will be the responsibility of the successful bidder of each lot to move the vehicles that hinder the collection of the awarded lot, once the awarded lot has been released, it will also be the responsibility of the successful bidder to reposition the moved vehicles to their original location. The costs of these operations will be borne exclusively by the successful bidder.
