The Curator f Bankruptcy n. 71/2022 of the Court of Catania

INVITES

to submit by 12/08/2022 12:00 noon guaranteed purchase offers for movable property owned by the aforementioned procedure and in particular:

Lot 1 Stock of bar furniture and equipment, located in Bologna, estimated value of € 3,300.00 plus VAT and charges;

Lot 2 Stock of bar furniture and equipment, located in Bologna, estimated value of € 5,400.00 plus VAT and charges;

Lot 3 Stock of office furniture and equipment, located in Bologna, estimated value of € 520.00 plus VAT and charges;

Lot 4 Stock of bar furniture and equipment, located in Belpasso (CT) estimated value of € 31,600.00 plus VAT and charges;

In particular, it is specified that for lot 2 a request for a claim has been presented and that for lot 3 the ownership of the assets is underway. These lots, therefore. may, even in the presence of offers, not be offered for sale as a result of the pending evaluations and in any case all the lots may not be offered for sale or in any case sold according to the discretionary choice of the procedure

To formulate the irrevocable purchase offer it is necessary:

a) Register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions therein

b) send your irrevocable purchase offer, by registered letter with return receipt or short manual, to the office of the Curator Avv. Carmine Catania - Via Umberto n. 184-Catania. On the sealed envelope containing the offer, bidders must add the words: "Purchase offer Bankruptcy n.71 / 2022-Court of Catania - Lot n ._____". The Offer must be delivered no later than 12.00 on 12/08/2022. Offers received after this deadline will not be taken into consideration

Goods in Bologna (BO) can be inspected upon appointment on 11/08/2022 in the morning. All viewing requests must be received within 6.00 pm on 08/08/2022. All requests received after this date will not be taken into consideration.
