Auction Description

Sale of goods from the Judicial Administration n.55/2012 of the Court of Taranto.

Sale pursuant to art. 107 co.1 L.F.

The goods are located in Taranto (TA) and can be inspected by appointment on 17.03.2025 between 10.00 anda 10.30 am.  All viewing requests must be received within 6.00 pm on 10.03.2025. All requests received after this date will not be taken into consideration.

To participate in the auction, it is necessary to pay a deposit of 100 Euros. Once the auction is concluded, the deposit will be returned to the user. In the case of a winning user, it will be returned after payment has been made.

The awarding of the lots at the end of the auction is provisional.
The final awarding of each item put up for sale will be subject to the clearance subsequently issued by the Court of Taranto - Prevention Measures Section.

The person who at the end of the auction has been awarded one or more items will be required to send documentation, no later than 48 hours after the auction closes, to the address postvendita@industrialdiscount.com: consult the specific conditions of sale and collection.
- it is specified that movable assets, even registered in public registers, with the exception of the cases referred to in paragraphs 12 and 12 bis art.48 of the Legislative Decree. 159/2011, may be intended for sale, with a ban on further disposal for a period of no less than one year, or destroyed.
